Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business functions and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team with formatting and maintaining candidate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Compile and collate information for business reports and presentations
- Organize and maintain company documents, including new starter packs and employee files
- Support marketing efforts and assist with social media content creation
