Join SiSU Health UK as a Field Services Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team at SiSU Health UK. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining our fleet of health stations across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install health stations at our office in Hemel Hempstead
  • Deliver, install, and maintain health stations in the field
  • Liaise with clients to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and standards (ISO 13485:2016)
  • Complete installation, maintenance, and incident reports
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe (if required)
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and ensure adherence to our quality framework
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
