Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client service management.
  • Financial oversight including budget management and P&L.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of client services.
  • Address and resolve client concerns.
  • Facilitate pre-move-in and pre-move-out discussions with clients.
  • Manage financial aspects and contracts.
  • Supervise pre-billing checks, property condition assessments, and return of deposits.
  • Handle billing, debt collection, and other financial transactions with clients.
  • Review and optimize internal operational procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate the centre and propose enhancements.
