We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Centre Advisor to join our team at Auto Windscreens.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing general Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor.
  • Providing help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, Technicians, Service Centre Supervisor and the Service Centre Manager.
  • Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Liaising closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, Technicians and field management.
  • Assisting with controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone.
  • Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
  • Flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some Saturday work)
