Employment Lawyer Opportunity

Birketts is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Sevenoaks, Kent. As a key member of our Employment practice, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice to employer clients and high net worth individuals.

About the Role

We are looking for a solicitor with 5+ years of employment law experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm. The successful candidate will have an exceptional knowledge of the law, with the ability to think commercially and analytically to provide accurate and practical advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to employer clients and high net worth individuals on employment law matters
  • Assist in business development and growth opportunities, including attending networking events and supporting on tenders/pitches
  • Contribute to the development of our Employment practice, including drafting sector-relevant articles for our own and external publications
  • Play an active role in marketing and practice development, as well as providing a prominent level of service to existing clients
