Job Summary:

This is a key role within the John Lewis Partnership, requiring a flexible and customer-focused individual to represent the company with every customer interaction. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and upholding the high standards of the Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safe driving practices and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Assist with stock control and cashiering duties, including lifting heavy products as required.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points.
  • 18 years old or over.
  • Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles are desirable.
