Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to predict and prevent equipment failures, implementing preventive maintenance actions, and ensuring the reliability of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and communicate electrical and mechanical faults with machinery to ensure production targets are met.
- Work with operators and technicians to identify and implement standard equipment settings through effective trials.
- Optimize energy consumption to deliver annual targets.
- Ensure compliance with Engineering GMP and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ or ONC (Essential).
- PLC experience.
- GCSE Grade C and above or equivalent Maths and English.
- Proven working knowledge of plant maintenance and repairs, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Able to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
