Job Title: SEO Manager

Simpson Millar is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall SEO strategy, working closely with the Head of Digital to drive traffic and rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement our SEO strategy to improve organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, rankings, and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with our development agency to suggest improvements to our website and improve our SEO performance.
  • Work with our content team to align our content strategy with SEO best practices.
  • Oversee off-page optimisation, including link-building and social media engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
  • 8 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
  • Qualification in SEO Optimisation or relevant field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
