About the Role
We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team at Pulselive, working on a major sport website and mobile apps project. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the right decisions are made and be the official voice of the fan and how they interact with our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and analyse diary studies to gain insights into user behaviour
- Lead user testing sessions to validate design concepts and features
- Drive forward insights through analysis of user research activities, including card sorting, tree testing, and prototype validation
- Work closely with our Lead UX Researcher to deliver a range of research activities and ensure seamless project delivery
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure alignment and effective implementation of research findings
Requirements
We are looking for a confident self-starter who can drive forward the value that insights bring to our projects. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality research and analysis, and for implementing best practices that drive the highest value.
