Engineering and Construction Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, building strong relationships to understand their talent needs.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and engage with new clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, nurturing strong relationships to understand their talent needs.
- Client Management: Build and maintain partnerships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor in recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract top talent within Engineering and Construction, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match.
- Consultative Approach: Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Engineering and Construction sectors.
- Experience in other sectors is also welcome as we are keen to expand into other markets if opportunities present themselves.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Business Development, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, with the ability to navigate candidate databases and industry platforms.
