About the Role

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Analyst to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network security solutions to protect our clients' sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network security architectures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Configure and manage network firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and honeypots to detect and prevent cyber threats.
  • Develop and implement software development and scripting skills to enhance network security, including Python and Rust programming languages.
  • Design and execute innovation and solution development projects to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and mitigate industrial control system security risks and cloud security vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity research and publications to inform our security strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with our clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Strong background in network security, cybersecurity, and IT security.
  • Experience with network security design, implementation, and management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Rust.
  • Knowledge of network security protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
