Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Braintree, Essex. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental health, forensic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential for driving clients regularly).
  • Good health and ability to carry out all expected care and daily living tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • High level of motivation and personal commitment.
  • Demonstrable skills in engaging service users in planning their support.
