SALARY RANGE: £26,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Career Development

A prominent creative agency located in Manchester is seeking a talented Creative Designer at the mid-level to enhance their expanding team, offering a hybrid working arrangement.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience within an agency environment and demonstrate proficiency in designing for both print and digital formats. Typical projects will encompass high-quality reports, engaging PowerPoint presentations, microsites, diverse publications, and marketing collateral.

Essential skills include a keen eye for design, layout, typography, color theory, and attention to detail. Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required. Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentation materials will be considered a significant advantage.

Additional desirable skills may include video editing (Premiere Pro) and animation/motion graphics (After Effects), although these are not mandatory.

Strong communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with stakeholders. The ability to meet deadlines and manage workload priorities is essential.
