About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Social Interest Group. As a Forensic Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with complex needs and providing psychological assessments and interventions to help them reintegrate into society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement care plans to support individuals in achieving their personal goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct highly skilled evaluations and make decisions about treatment options
  • Facilitate workshops and interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in Applied Psychology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration as an applied Psychologist with chartered status
  • Previous experience working as a qualified forensic psychologist
  • Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level
  • Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (Full time equivalent)
  • 22.5 hours per week, shift pattern to be agreed
  • Additional support benefits, including clinical supervision, CPD budget, and support from our Clinical Lead
