Production Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at SAM Mouldings. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality MDF mouldings.
Your primary duties will include operating a fork truck, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment. You will also be required to follow a production schedule, achieve quality standards, and comply with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively in English, have basic numeracy skills, and be able to work independently as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment, operating a fork truck, and following a production schedule are desirable but not essential.
