Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver for a tug shunting position.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in shunting operations
  • Previous experience in using a tug
  • Able to work night shifts

Job Details

  • Working 4 on 4 off night shifts from 18:00 to 06:00
  • 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts
  • Full-time rate is £16 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities

  • Shunt and maneuver heavy goods vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate a tug to move vehicles as required
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve operational goals
