Role: Senior Engineer for Technology & Capability in Future Combat Air System
Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Technology & Capability requirements are safe, compliant with regulations, cost-efficient, and innovative.
- Identify and capture new capabilities for personnel, infrastructure, tools, and technology to support the Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness Function.
- Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure that critical Technologies & Capabilities are integrated into design solutions.
- Engage with international partners to develop concepts and assess the program's strategy.
- Support bid activities in collaboration with partners, including technology demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of future Maintenance capabilities and provide regular updates to the Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness Function.
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience; IENG desirable, working towards CEng.
- Understanding of Technology and Capability advancements in the Maintenance sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the broader Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness environment.
- Proven experience in building relationships and negotiating with stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations and processes.
- Professional experience in Continuing Airworthiness.
- Comprehensive understanding of project markets, customers, and strategic priorities.
