We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager to lead our East Molesey branch to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the branch and sales management team to deliver profitable growth and outstanding customer service.
- Formulate branch and area budgets in conjunction with business managers and achieve sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
- Communicate the company's service proposition, target markets, and customer service ethos to all staff.
- Support and drive Group sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and promote health & safety, ensuring adherence to the company's health and safety policy.
- Manage recruitment processes and day-to-day staff management, monitoring compliance with relevant systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and network of electrical suppliers and contractors.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of wholesale and distribution of electrical products.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to lead by example and head up a profit centre.
