We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Engineer to join our Industrial Operations Programme Delivery team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our corporate team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering production solutions for new vehicle programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of programmes against overall timing plans for all gateways
- Plan and deliver manufacturing plans for delivery prototype, pre-production build phases, and J1
- Prepare accurate and objective technical status reports for programme/launch management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews
- Support the use of project management tools to ensure smooth project delivery, including Agile methodologies and P6
- Lead and coordinate structured problem-solving across cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve manufacturing issues
- Support all manufacturing functions in resolving programme issues to deliver product feasibility and manufacturing launch readiness
- Project/Programme Management experience
- Experience of risk management
- Experience in using data-driven problem-solving techniques
- Experience of working in a new product launch environment
- Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role
