Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Rivers Casino. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and facilities, performing basic repairs, and performing preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain landscaped areas in a well-groomed manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis.
  • Assist upper-level personnel in various trade disciplines, including landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical.
  • Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in maintenance or equivalent.
  • Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
  • Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions
  • Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
  • Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights.
  • Must occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Frequently required to stoop, crouch, or kneel.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
