This respected regional firm in Kent is seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will have the opportunity to progress within the organization and hone your skills in a supportive, team-oriented legal environment.

The Firm and Role:

  • The firm is a reputable regional player with offices based in Kent, looking to strengthen its team in Orpington.
  • They deal with a broad array of clientele, from sole traders to large public companies, and other institutions such as schools, academies, charities, and medical practices.
  • You will be working alongside commercially minded solicitors who share a wealth of commercial and corporate experience, specifically with several Partners, gaining fantastic caseload exposure of commercial contracts, distribution agreements, business sales, acquisitions, and mergers.
