About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at GCS, you will benefit from a structured training program that gives you the opportunity to learn in a structured class environment and on the job with other individuals at the same level of competency. This is a key development stage for staff on their way to becoming consultants.
The Recruitment Consultant is given a four-week plan which involves delivering on KPIs, competency level assessments, and focused training, as well as continued workshops and masterclasses from our dedicated Learning & Development team after the 4-week period. You will develop skills through business generation with non-active clients and by qualification of relevant candidates for a variety of GCS teams and different GCS market sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
- Sector Development: Stay informed about industry trends and developments, becoming a subject matter expert in your designated sector(s) to effectively identify and attract top talent.
- Solutions Selling: Offer tailored staffing solutions to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and providing value-added services.
- Integration and Engagement with New Accounts: Establish strong relationships with new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interview scheduling up until offer negotiation.
- Development of EVP, Diversity, and Staffing Projects: Contribute to the enhancement of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, diversity programs, and staffing projects within your market to attract and retain top talent.
