Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented finance professional to support the strategic objectives and drive impactful financial management. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, manage the grant and donation pipeline, and develop and implement management processes and accountability for all accounts management and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts through consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the grant and donation pipeline.
  • Develop and implement management processes and accountability for all accounts management and transaction processing.
  • Sustain and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.
  • Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant.
  • Experience in producing management accounts.
  • Significant experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Full driving licence.
