Brown & Merry is seeking a skilled and ambitious CeMAP qualified individual to join our Estate Agency team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. If you have recently gained your Mortgage qualifications and are eager to succeed in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with estate agency colleagues to achieve sales targets
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers
  • Provide feedback to the residential team on progress and leads
Requirements
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives)
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Numerate and detail conscious
