Job Title: Commissioning and Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Service Engineer to join our team at Telelink Infra Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning of Ericsson RBS 6000 and BBs 6600 series controllers, DUG, DUW, DUL, DUS, Nokia Airscale, and Huawei BTS 3900 Equipment
  • Test calls of Vodafone, O2, and EE networks
  • Terminating and testing of external alarms
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of deployed telecommunications equipment
  • Keeping records of upgrades, repairs, and maintenance performed
  • Reporting of the full working process on field
  • Maintaining workflow process reports with back-office support
  • Verifying service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems
  • Maintaining network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of the mobile network – GSM/EDGE, UMTS, WCDMA/HSPA, LTE, NR
  • Experience in a Telecoms environment
  • External Field Commissioning experience
  • Clear driving license
  • Quick and logical thinking
  • Good knowledge of MS Office pack
