Back of House Team Member - Griller/Kitchen

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Back of House team, known as Nandocas, to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

The primary responsibility of a Back of House Team Member is to prepare and create the finest PERi-PERi dishes that delight our guests.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles, and no prior experience is necessary. If you have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training you need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals to meet Nando's high standards, ensuring our guests feel valued.
  • Set up, maintain, and close down clean and fully operational workstations.
  • Conduct deep cleaning in accordance with Nando's quality standards.
  • Adhere to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.
