Your Role:
As an Intermediate Structural Engineer at CV Library, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative and effective structural and drainage designs for a variety of residential projects. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, gain diverse experience, and work toward achieving Chartered status through our comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural and drainage designs and perform calculations for new build and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and attend design team meetings to support ongoing projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform structural inspections, report on defects, and recommend remedial actions, demonstrating a commitment to quality and safety.
- Develop UK residential drainage designs, leveraging your expertise to create efficient and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to delivering client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
