Job Summary:
The Gi Group is seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Plant Technician to join our team. As a Site Services Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out routine plant checks and water routine checks of cooling towers, and general DIY and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Ensure the plant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Perform general maintenance and fabrications around the site.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of water treatment discharge.
- Record all data associated with the Plant.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of a Water Treatment Plant.
- Organisation in relation to supply and control of animal feed.
- Ability to operate a tractor and trailer unit.
- Legionella and Confined Space Awareness.
- Observation and recording skills.
- Ability to operate and control equipment.
