Key Responsibilities- Embalming Procedures: Perform embalming procedures with precision and care, adhering to health and safety regulations and manual handling procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with funeral directors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Compassionate Care: Provide compassionate care to the deceased and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including manual handling procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience as an embalmer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide emotional support to families during difficult times.
- Physical Fitness: Possess physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy weights, with a strong emphasis on manual handling procedures.
- Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license, with a valid vehicle for business use.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephone systems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with a relocation package available if required.
