Bright Life Living is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to children and young people.

About the Role

  • Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour plus sleeps
  • Birthday Paid off
  • Extra Overtime rate & bank holiday pay

Requirements

  • A Full Manual UK Driver's Licence
  • Experience working as a Residential Support Worker for at least 18 months
  • A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
  • The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people and have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting.
  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce
