Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Nuffield Health York Hospital. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and advice to patients, as well as leading the medicines management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care and advice to patients, including medication management and patient education
  • Lead the medicines management team, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards
  • Develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in data collection and audits to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
