Cash Processing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cash Processing Assistant to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Cash Processing Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our foreign exchange business.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile banking from customers within the airport, working to achieve accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing productivity in a busy environment.
- Work as part of a team alongside Team Managers to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Process foreign currency transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
