We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at JPF Ltd in Uxbridge, covering the London area. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £25k - £27k depending on experience. A driving licence is essential for this role.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including hedge cutting, strimming, blowing, grass cutting, weeding, litter picking, and general grounds maintenance operations. If you are an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a passion for horticulture, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hedge cutting and pruning to maintain a high standard of presentation
  • Strimming and blowing to keep grass and weeds under control
  • Grass cutting and maintenance to ensure a well-manicured appearance
  • Weeding and litter picking to keep the area clean and tidy
  • General grounds maintenance operations to support the team
