Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics B2 Inspector to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with maintenance, inspection, and legislative standards as specified by EASA and the UK CAA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspect and Certify Aircraft: Perform daily inspections and certification of aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead Maintenance Teams: Supervise and manage maintenance teams, including licensed mechanical and avionics inspectors and fitters, to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  3. Manage Manpower Resources: Oversee the allocation and utilization of maintenance resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet maintenance commitments.
  4. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Promote and ensure that all maintenance work is performed to the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Maintain effective communication with maintenance teams, service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
Requirements
  1. Extensive Maintenance Experience: Possess extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, including line and base maintenance.
  2. Aircraft Inspection and Certification: Have experience in aircraft inspection and certification, including EASA Part 66 and UK CAA certification.
  3. Leadership and Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to supervise and manage maintenance teams.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
