Position Summary
  • Drafting fee proposals for Director approval
  • Accountable for project delivery
  • Execution of both scheme and detailed designs
  • Participation in client, design, and site meetings, along with inspections and reporting
  • Management and coordination of engineers and technicians
  • Assisting in the preparation of bids and tenders
  • Conducting structural assessments of buildings and other structures
  • Supervising engineering design processes
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
Candidate Requirements
  • MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional membership with IStructE
  • At least 8 years of experience in structural design
  • Proficient in core materials: concrete, steel, masonry, timber
  • Strong technical design and drafting abilities
  • Experience with MasterSeries/Tekla software
  • Capability to lead and develop the Structural Team
