About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our dedicated legal team as a Conveyancing Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping us deliver our goals and make a difference to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice on property and planning matters
  • Negotiating and drafting documents related to property and planning
  • Assisting with criminal and civil litigation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent working knowledge of property and planning law and associated contracts. You should be an experienced lawyer with the flexibility, initiative, and drive to contribute to the success of our legal team and the council as a whole.
