Facilities Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Assistant to join our team at Thiepval Barracks, Lisburn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Team Lead on site and interacting with clients and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cleaning duties and general porter duties
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the facilities team
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
- A full-time position with 37 hours per week
- A Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends

Requirements
- Ability to accurately complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Dependable and flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team
