At Burton Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Claims Technician to join our team. As a Trainee Claims Technician, you will be responsible for managing claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage claims from cradle to grave, including motor and property claims
- Liaise with Insurers, Brokers, Sub Contractors, vehicle repairs, and Policyholders at each stage of progression
- Ensure time reporting and billing is compliant with internal standards and systems
- Develop and run management information for clients and internal use, including performance measurement and data integrity reports
- Account management support where required
- Control the lifecycle of files to drive diary management and support proactive management of claims from setup to conclusion
- Previous claims experience and a desire to study or working towards further qualifications
- Strong understanding of the claims process and ability to communicate and motivate via written media
