Job Title: Lecturer in Hospitality

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Hospitality to join our team at Bath College. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, as well as contributing to the development and delivery of our hospitality and tourism curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of our students and the requirements of our awarding bodies.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of our hospitality and tourism curriculum, including the design and delivery of new programs and courses.
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their learning, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the promotion of the College and its programs, including the development of marketing materials and the delivery of presentations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to at least a level 3 standard in a culinary discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
  • Food safety level 3.
