**About the Role**
The Academic Section at the University of Essex is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide administrative support for the Student Development service. This role will involve working closely with students, practice staff, and university-based staff to ensure the smooth operation of electronic practice assessment documents (ePad) for health and social care students across different Schools.
Key Responsibilities**
• Monitor and respond to queries related to assessment in practice placements
• Provide administrative support for ePad, including data entry and report generation
• Manage user accounts and ensure accurate data on ePad software
Requirements**
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with databases and Microsoft Office
• A level or NVQ Level 3 qualifications and a sound understanding of IT software use
