Position Overview

Role Summary:

Type: Permanent Position

Location: Onsite in London, UK

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, in-office attendance required

Key Responsibilities:

The Mobile Quality Assurance Specialist will engage directly with users to assist with their inquiries related to mobile technology.

Responsible for the setup and configuration of mobile devices in accordance with organizational standards.

Ensures that all necessary applications are installed correctly and operate as intended.

Conducts thorough testing to confirm that all configurations are executed successfully.

Addresses user inquiries and resolves issues pertaining to mobile devices.

Collaborates with various team members, vendors, and application owners to fulfill user requests.

Fosters relationships within the local mobility and desktop support teams, as well as other relevant departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile devices, specifically Apple iPhones and iPads, with experience in iOS configuration.
  • A minimum of 3 years in software development or software quality assurance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with software quality assurance principles, tools, and practices.
  • Excellent listening abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with minimal supervision.
