Composite Fitter Specialist

Job Summary:

XQ Technical is seeking a skilled Composite Fitter to join our team. As a Composite Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting, bonding, and assembling carbon components in accordance with engineering diagrams and assembly guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fitting and assembling composite components using tools and techniques to achieve the desired form and function.
  • Performing visual and structural repairs on composite elements.
  • Constructing jigs and fixtures for assembly purposes.
  • Performing structural bonding of components following company specifications.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Composite Fitter or Trimmer, ideally in a Motorsport, F1, or High Technology Automotive sector.
  • Flexibility on hours/shift patterns.
  • Experience following safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
