Installation Technician Job Description

At Optimum Golf Technologies, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations of our golf simulators and technology across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install professional-grade golf simulators and technology at client premises, ensuring a high standard of finish and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with clients and their contractors to coordinate installations and provide technical assistance.
  • Train customers on the use of our technology and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess client requirements and identify potential challenges.
  • Assist with temporary installations at trade shows and hire events, showcasing our technology to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV and computer installation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel extensively, including internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and contractors.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality results and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
