Exciting Opportunity as an IT Project Manager at Culina Group

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our newly established IT PMO team at Culina Group. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects within our organization. This role involves leading projects, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while following the PMO framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope definitions and requirements using Culina standard documentation
  • Manage project budgets in line with business expectations and commitments
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Track and report project deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues to minimize impact on project timelines
  • Deliver regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project achievements and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines, promoting a culture of excellence and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Degree or relevant project management experience, with a strong understanding of IT project delivery
  • Proven experience in project and people management, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT applications and systems, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Experience in complex project implementation, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours as required
