Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Professional to join our team. As a Telesales Professional, you will play a crucial role in generating and converting sales leads into new members, as well as promoting additional member benefits and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • To uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with members and stakeholders.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our members receive the best possible support and guidance.
  • To collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • To perform administrative tasks associated with the role, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and the independent garage sector would be an advantage.
