Position Overview:
You will take charge of various design elements from initial concept to final technical approval and project completion, handling assignments of diverse scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit exceptional communication abilities, both in written and verbal English.
- Engage with materials such as Concrete, Steel, Masonry, and Timber.
- Assume overall accountability for project delivery.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, architects, the design team, and contractors.
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, site inspections, and reporting activities.
- Conduct structural assessments of buildings and structures, offering guidance on any emerging issues.
- Coordinate and evaluate the generation of high-quality written reports across various projects.
- Supervise engineering design processes.
- Provide daily support to colleagues from different disciplines within the organization.
Qualifications:
- MEng in Structural Engineering or a first degree in a related field.
- Proven qualitative and quantitative experience in building structures.
- Strong skills in communication, analysis, technical design, and drafting.
- Proficient Designer with experience in MasterSeries/Tekla.
