**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our dynamic team at ZipRecruiter. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team of operatives to ensure high standards of maintenance and care for our grounds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of grounds maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of our grounds
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure high standards of care
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
