We are seeking an experienced retail or hospitality leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading supermarket brands, known for their massive year-on-year growth and commitment to excellence.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence, maximizing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Please note that the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. We are also able to offer 40 and 45 hour contracts, and in these instances, the salary offered would be pro-rated. Additionally, if you are applying for a role within the M25, you will also receive an allowance of up to £3,090 dependent on location.
