About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior EPR Integration Project Manager to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our EPR Programme team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of our new EPR system with our existing legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an EPR interface strategy to ensure seamless integration with our legacy systems.
  • Lead a team of integration analysts to design, develop, and test EPR interfaces.
  • Collaborate with our EPR Programme Manager, UCLH, and RNOH EPR Solutions Architects to ensure successful implementation of the EPR system.
  • Manage the planning and organisation of the EPR integration project, including resource allocation and budget management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical and operational teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all EPR interfaces are designed and implemented in accordance with Trust standards and national practice.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Trust on EPR interface-related issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EPR integration and project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPR systems and integration standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
