Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal performance of all mechanical and electrical systems through ongoing improvements.
- Oversee capital investment initiatives, collaborating with both site and central teams to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Formulate and manage the engineering budget, encompassing both capital and operational expenditures.
- Develop a comprehensive annual engineering strategy that aligns with the site’s objectives and KP's strategic framework.
